At Cultivate Supply, we want you to love your pieces; that is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
